Description:

  • Join Innodata as an AI/ML Research Engineer focusing on LLM training, post-training, and evaluation systems.
  • Design and implement robust training/evaluation pipelines for large language models and multimodal models.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in ML/AI systems, with hands-on experience in LLM training and fine-tuning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience designing evaluation pipelines and understanding of data pipelines and ML systems engineering.
