Description:

  • Join ServiceNow as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build the AI layer of the CPQ platform, enabling users to manage transactions through natural language.
  • Work on multi-agent orchestration, agent execution runtime, and integration with existing systems while ensuring end-to-end fluency across the tech stack.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in production software, specifically with LLM-powered systems and agentic architectures.
  • Deep expertise in LangGraph/LangChain, production async Python, and a strong understanding of MCP.
  • Ability to make architectural decisions, operate with ambiguity, and engage directly with customers in Forward Deployed Engineering.
