Description:

Join the AI Engineering and Delivery team to build agentic AI and enterprise-scale search systems for ServiceNow.
Design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems that leverage real enterprise data and workflows.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Formal grounding in machine learning, including modeling, training, and evaluation.
Hands-on experience with production-grade agentic systems and full-stack AI services.
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and technical leadership in production AI practices.

Competitive base pay ranging from $201,300 to $352,300, plus equity and variable compensation.
