Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• Join Fullscript as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the AI & Analytics Engineering team.
• Build AI-powered lab interpretation, clinician decision support, and conversational experiences for practitioners.
• Develop systems for AI-generated lab summaries and tools to enhance clinician workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI engineering with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, including conversational agents.
• Strong backend development skills in Python and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience integrating LLMs into user-facing products and using frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face.
• Strong engineering practices including Git, testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
