Description:

  • Join the Personalization team at Spotify to enhance user experience through intelligent recommendations and conversational AI.
  • Design and implement production-grade machine learning systems for user interaction and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
  • Proficient with large language models and real-world applications, including context handling and multi-step reasoning.
  • Experience in evaluating ML systems and designing metrics or evaluation pipelines.
  • Strong debugging skills for complex interactions in ML systems.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to building reliable, scalable systems.
