Join Thunderbird, a trusted open-source email application, as a Staff Product Engineer for the Thunderbolt AI initiative.
Help build AI-powered features while ensuring user control over data and infrastructure.

Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production applications.
Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience with AI-enabled products.
Ability to translate product vision into technical plans and execute them.
Familiarity with open-source enterprise products and strong collaboration skills.
