Requirements:

Proven experience in shipping production LLM systems, including evals and context management.
Strong judgment in design and a pragmatic approach to incremental shipping.
Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and user-facing product development.
Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with a focus on B2B products.
