Description:

  • Lead the design, development, and adoption of AI-native capabilities in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
  • Transform healthcare billing and operational workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent automation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with scalable distributed systems.
  • Mastery of Java, Spring Boot, and Python; 2-3+ years of production AI experience.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks and AI architecture.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills; healthcare IT experience preferred.
