Description:
- Join Docker's AI Gateway team to build tools for AI agent development, focusing on model orchestration, observability, and governance.
- Set technical direction for core systems and solve complex problems related to model selection, cost-based routing, and policy enforcement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and API design.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Rust, with experience in building secure, high-throughput services.
- Strong product mindset and ability to identify and address systemic gaps in architecture and tooling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
