Description:

  • Fieldguide is a startup focused on automating and streamlining assurance and audit work in cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG.
  • The Staff Software Engineer will join the Financial Audit team, working on innovative solutions and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a full-stack engineer with a history of managing complex projects.
  • Ability to set technical direction and influence product and design decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools and a willingness to learn about financial auditing.
  • Strong mentoring skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in financial services, AI product development, and familiarity with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
