Voleon is a technology company specializing in machine learning for finance, seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Batch and Realtime Streaming team.
The role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining the Batch and Realtime Streaming platform, collaborating with researchers and finance professionals to enhance data management and feature productization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of software engineering experience, strong background in distributed computing and data infrastructure.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Go.
Understanding of database technologies (Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, DuckDB) and experience with APIs (REST/gRPC).
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
