Requirements:

Candidates should have 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with databases, data platforms, or large-scale systems.
Proven experience in designing and running cloud services at scale with high availability (3–4 9s) is required.
Experience with AI/ML systems or integrating LLMs into production is necessary.
Candidates must have expert backend development experience in languages such as Python, Golang, Java, or Rust; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Deep familiarity with AWS is required, and experience with GCP/Azure is a plus.
Demonstrated technical leadership in shaping architecture and guiding teams through complexity is essential.
A mindset for velocity with rigor, moving fast without compromising sound engineering, is important.

The salary range for this role is $190,000-240,000 USD per year, with levels based on interview performance and experience.
