Requirements:

8+ years of experience in production software with a focus on architecture and technical direction.
Proven experience in designing scalable, reliable production infrastructure.
Full-stack expertise with depth in backend (TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS) and/or UI (React, React Native).
Proficiency in AI-paired delivery tools and ability to coach others.
Strong mentorship skills and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
