Description:

Join JumpCloud as a Staff Software Engineer (DevOps) to lead the Infrastructure team and shape the direction of a Kubernetes-based platform.
Own the technical strategy and delivery of critical infrastructure systems, including EKS cluster lifecycle, infrastructure-as-code, and observability.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and strong proficiency in Terraform.
Solid AWS knowledge, including EKS, IAM, VPC networking, and multi-account architectures.
Experience with production observability tools and secrets management.
Proven ability to lead technical architecture decisions and mentor engineers.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
