Description:

  • Headway is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead experimentation efforts, enhancing how patients find therapists and improving the overall mental healthcare system.
  • The role involves designing and building core experimentation primitives, managing the experimentation stack, and integrating AI into workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience owning an experimentation or feature flagging stack end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and ability to partner with data scientists on measurement validity.
  • Experience in debugging complex measurement issues and improving organizational experimentation practices.
  • Ability to drive technical direction and mentor senior engineers across various tech stacks.
  • Familiarity with multi-sided marketplaces or healthcare is a plus.
