Lead a small team of engineers, providing mentorship and architectural guidance.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack development.
Proven experience leading engineering teams, including mentorship and technical decision-making.
Strong frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Significant backend experience with Python (Django) and Node.js, including API development.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized deployments, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
Understanding of event-driven architectures and tools like Kafka.
Strong knowledge of software design principles, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and strong communication skills.

Competitive salary range of $210,000 - $260,000, with total compensation including stock options and benefits.
