A track record of leading projects from design through deployment in fast-paced environments is essential.
Strong understanding of performance profiling, frontend observability, and browser rendering internals is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and elevate team-wide technical standards is required.
Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-centric solutions is important.
A passion for crafting clean, scalable, and accessible UIs is expected.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects in a startup or high-growth company environment.
