Remote Staff Software Engineer, Growth (Self Serve)

Description:

• Lead technical initiatives in the Growth group to enhance customer journeys and improve business outcomes.
• Design and build customer-facing software and shared platform capabilities using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical leadership and delivering results across multiple teams.
• Strong product judgment with experience in building customer-facing SaaS products, particularly in growth and onboarding.
• Ability to use customer insights and data to guide product iterations.
• Experience in coaching and developing engineers for ownership of projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in security and compliance is a plus; prior experience is not required.
