Description:

  • Dune is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build market data solutions for institutional customers, focusing on timely and reliable financial data.
  • The role involves designing systems for ingestion, processing, and delivery of real-time market data from blockchain and other sources.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and operating distributed backend or data services with high reliability and performance.
  • Familiarity with real-time streaming systems, data correctness, and strong backend engineering skills, preferably in Rust or Go.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into pragmatic designs and communicate effectively with a distributed team.
  • Financial or market data experience at a financial institution is preferred.
