Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience at Staff/Principal/Tech Lead/Architect level.
Proven track record in quality and reliability as an engineering discipline, with experience in shift-left practices.
Strong hands-on engineering skills, capable of writing and reviewing production-quality code.
Experience in leading technical and process changes with development teams.
Familiarity with AI in engineering and risk assessment.
Fluent in English; Polish fluency is a plus.
