Description:

  • Seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build a new product from the ground up, enhancing civic engagement technology.
  • Join the Explorer Team to evolve a data visualization product into general availability, focusing on secure, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack fluency and production delivery.
  • Proven ability to take products from beta to general availability, with a focus on secure coding practices and data privacy.
  • Experience with relational databases, cloud-native architectures, and observability tooling.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to mentor and elevate team performance.
