Description:

Horizon3 is a remote cybersecurity company focused on proactive security solutions through its NodeZero platform.
The Staff Software Engineer will lead the technical direction of the Assessment Experience team, enhancing customer interactions with NodeZero.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production backend systems.
Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript) and strong SQL skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized applications.
Proven ability to design APIs and asynchronous systems, and experience with data modeling.
Strong operational maturity in observability, testing, and debugging production issues.

Competitive salary range of $230,000 - $270,000 plus equity options.
