Join the Partnerships Referrals & Conversions engineering team to manage patient referrals and build scalable referral pathways.
Play a central role in shaping technical direction, designing systems, and delivering impactful software for patient care experiences.

Requirements:

8+ years of related professional experience.
Deep understanding of modern application design, API design patterns, security, performance, and scaling.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and align technical decisions with business goals.
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.
Fluent with AI-assisted development tools and able to assess their impact on delivery.
