Remote Staff Software Engineer

Description:

• Define the long-term technical vision and architect complex subsystems for Satispay's financial platform.
• Design and build scalable systems to solve complex financial engineering problems.
• Drive technical alignment and represent the technical vision internally and externally.
• Develop the next generation of technical leaders and promote a culture of high-quality engineering.
• Contribute to users' financial goals through back-end infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in back-end software engineering with a focus on microservices.
• Deep expertise in Java and strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build cross-organizational relationships.
• Proven thought leadership and ability to identify emerging technology trends.
• Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English.
