Remote Staff, Software Engineer - Simulation Vehicle Modeling

Description:

• Develop and own high-fidelity truck and vehicle dynamics models for simulation.
• Design and scale robustness testing frameworks for autonomy software.
• Partner with autonomy engineering teams to implement vehicle model requirements.
• Execute full software development lifecycle activities primarily in C++ within a Linux environment.
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical direction across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields with 3-10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, ROS/ROS2, CMake, and Linux.
• Strong background in physics-based modeling of ground vehicles.
• Experience with statistical validation metrics and automated testing pipelines.
• Ability to drive technical consensus and maintain key technical systems.
