Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or staff level.
  • Deep expertise in Python and a modern web framework, with proficiency in React.
  • Experience leading complex technical initiatives and strong command of distributed systems concepts.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and AWS cloud services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of improving engineering culture.
