Description:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprises navigating API and AI connectivity.
- Support field sales by demonstrating the value of Kong's platform and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct discovery conversations, manage POCs, and create technical documentation.
- Lead evaluations for API Management and AI Governance, and deliver technical workshops.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive thought leadership through blogs and speaking engagements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software or solutions engineering at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, REST, GraphQL, CI/CD, and API security patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of AI/LLM architectures.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
