Description:
- Fully remote position for a System Engineer specializing in Metal-as-a-Service (MAAS) and bare-metal automation.
- Work with a European deep-tech company focused on decentralized, energy-efficient cloud solutions.
Requirements:
- Expert-level Linux administration (preferably Debian/Ubuntu).
- Strong experience with MAAS, Ironic, and bare-metal automation.
- Excellent networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible), scripting (Bash/Python), and GitOps.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog.
- Familiarity with OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware, and container orchestration.
- Startup or hyper-growth experience is a plus.
