Description:

  • Provide configuration and troubleshooting of Cloud/Virtualised Infrastructure, software, and Operating Systems for clients.
  • Ensure services are tailored to client needs while maintaining quality standards and acting as a point of technical escalation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience with multiple operating systems, particularly Rocky Linux and other Linux distributions.
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with web server configuration (Apache and Nginx) and middleware systems (JBoss, Jetty, Tomcat).
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on technical experience.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
