Remote System Engineer - Freelancer

Description:

• Seeking a Microsoft System Engineer for a large-scale Active Directory infrastructure redesign project.
• Involvement in analyzing existing architecture and designing a new organizational model focusing on rationalization, standardization, security, and access management.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in managing and designing Microsoft Active Directory.
• Excellent knowledge of Organizational Units (OU), Group Policy Objects (GPO), groups, delegation, and permission models.
• Experience in redesigning complex and large-scale Active Directory infrastructures.
• In-depth knowledge of RBAC principles and Identity & Access Management.
• Ability to define standards and naming conventions in enterprise contexts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft best practices for security, administration, and governance of Active Directory.
• Strong analytical skills for existing architectures and defining target solutions.
• Autonomous, problem-solving skills, and structured approach.
• Good documentation skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders.
