Description:

Lead backend engineering initiatives, delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using Node.js.
Oversee architecture decisions, team development, and end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js backend development, including REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Proven Team Lead experience with ownership of technical decisions and team delivery.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, RDS, MSK, Cognito, ElastiCache).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems (Apache Kafka).
Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
Strong communication and Agile delivery experience.
