Remote Team Lead React Native Engineer (m/f/d)

Description:

• Lead and grow the React Native team, setting clear expectations and providing mentorship.
• Own mobile domains end-to-end, including architecture, development, QA, and maintenance.
• Design, build, and maintain iOS/Android features in the React Native app.
• Drive technical direction and architecture for long-term maintainability and performance.
• Continuously improve app quality through performance tuning and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver business value.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of React Native expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and 3+ years in production apps for iOS & Android.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, accountable for team performance and delivery outcomes.
• Strong fundamentals in mobile best practices, including navigation and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux/Zustand) and data fetching (React Query/Apollo GraphQL).
• Experienced with production builds, rollout strategies, and incident handling.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, coaching-oriented mindset.
