Description:
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on responsibility, agile collaboration, and self-organization.
- Oversee the technical development of the Neo Broker and portal, collaborating with Product, Design, and stakeholders to create innovative finance products.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in developing and operating cloud-based web applications, ideally on AWS.
- Strong practical knowledge of technologies such as Java, REST APIs, and modern SPA frameworks like Angular.
- Experience in leading engineering teams and working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a degree in (Business/Media) Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
