Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• Join Kavak as a Tech Lead (Staff) to launch and mature fintech products in South America, specifically automotive credit in Chile and personal loans in Argentina.
• Responsible for defining technical architecture, leading microservices development, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of software development experience, with 2 years as a Tech Lead or Staff.
• Proficient in Typescript, React, and/or Angular; strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI product development and working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for technical and business outcomes.
• Occasional office visits required (Calle Esmeralda, CABA Microcentro).
• Plus: Experience in Go, Python, fintech, event-driven architecture, and a passion for building products from scratch.
