Description:
- Lead the engineering team in modernizing T-Innova's management software for sports facilities.
- Own the technical direction and develop a roadmap for incremental transformation while maintaining system reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tech lead or senior engineering leader with a focus on modernizing legacy systems.
- Strong backend architecture skills with experience in modern stacks (.NET/C#, Python, Node.js, Go) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and practical AI experience in development workflows.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with availability during Spanish business hours (CET/CEST).
