Requirements:

Significant experience in leading application or product engineering for complex systems.
Required experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Strong background in building and shipping production backend systems.
Experience with AI-powered products and model integration trade-offs.
Excellent system design skills across services, APIs, clients, and data flows.
Comfort operating across platforms (backend, mobile, desktop).
Proven ability to make impactful technical decisions under ambiguity.
Strong bias towards shipping, iteration, and learning from real-world usage.
