Description:
- Lead and build Morpho's platform engineering team, owning the infrastructure roadmap and technical strategy.
- Enhance engineering velocity and reliability while ensuring high technical and cultural standards.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering, with 3+ years in management.
- Proven experience in scaling production infrastructure and improving developer velocity.
- Deep technical knowledge in event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, GitOps, and AWS.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent async communication skills.
- Genuine interest in crypto and DeFi.
