Description:
- Join Cresteo as a Technical Lead to transform the tech industry with a people-first and honest approach.
- Lead the technical direction and evolution of a large Java and AWS serverless ecosystem, ensuring high standards in engineering and delivery.
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x, including migration from Spring Boot 2.x.
- Strong background in software engineering with recent production code experience.
- Expertise in AWS serverless architectures, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Experience in designing and operating distributed systems and managing technical evolution.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS SAM.
- Strong GitLab CI/CD experience and ability to define engineering standards.
- Skills in security and dependency lifecycle management, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills.
