Description:

  • Seeking a Tech Lead for a live, production event-management platform for high-volume hiring events.
  • Focus on diagnosing and resolving production issues, supporting active events, and leading a team of engineers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Django, Python, React, Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience troubleshooting live production systems and handling support tickets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and provide technical leadership.
  • Experience with tools like Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.
