Remote Senior Tech Lead de Soluciones - México y LATAM - English Required

Description:

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to translate findings into requirements, architectural decisions, and documentation.
• Define technical scope, architecture, team composition, and effort estimates for new projects.
• Collaborate with another senior Tech Lead and report directly to the VP of Engineering.
• Work remotely, full-time, for candidates in Mexico and LATAM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience and at least 2 years leading teams or quoting projects.
• Advanced experience with generative AI in real solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Next.js and NestJS, or Python with FastAPI.
• Advanced use of Claude Code and Lovable for prototyping.
• Senior experience designing solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database design and migrations.
• Proficient in designing REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to document architecture using C4 diagrams and architecture decision records.
• Knowledge of cloud security and identity management.
• Experience with CI/CD, static quality analysis, and incident diagnosis.
• Advanced English for technical and business conversations.
• Valid solution architecture certification in primary cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google).
