Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer to develop technical education programs in areas like Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and MLOps.
  • Responsible for designing high-quality learning programs for enterprise audiences, focusing on practical, outcome-driven experiences that integrate AI tools and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in instructional design or related field, with experience in creating instructor-led training content.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and experience in designing learning experiences related to AI and emerging technologies.

Benefits:

  • Flexible contractor position, 100% remote, with a commitment of 30 hours per week.
  • Competitive pay based on location: $45-$55 USD/hour (US), €23-€35/hour (Europe), $15-$25/hour (South Asia), $20-$38/hour (APAC).
