Description:

Lead the Legal Technology team within Applications Management Services to ensure client satisfaction and successful engagement.
Oversee a team of skilled individuals, focusing on production issue resolution and continual improvement.
This is a 100% remote position, preferably from the West coast of the US.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products/services or in a law firm/legal services environment.
3+ years in a customer-facing role and 2+ years of people management experience.
Proficient in project management, including risk management and project life cycle management.
Intermediate experience with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Project.
Strong skills in problem solving, customer focus, communication, and organizational support.
