Description:

Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of websites to advance Catalyst Mobility's mission.
Collaborate with various teams to create engaging digital experiences and ensure websites meet security, accessibility, and usability standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional web development experience, particularly with WordPress.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theme/plugin development.
Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and Git workflows.
Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or newer) and website performance optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
