Remote Web Support Developer/Designer

Description:

• Join the ND Web team to manage and develop the University’s websites.
• Collaborate with web professionals to maintain usability and aesthetics for 700 websites.
• Responsibilities include planning website modifications, training campus partners, front-side development, technical consultation, quality assurance, and managing web support queue.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college/technical school.
• Minimum 1 year of professional web development and design experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Character traits: self-motivated, team player, eager to learn, multitasker, and passionate about customer experience.
