Description:

The Web3 Developer Community BD Specialist will onboard global developer communities to utilize DoraHacks.io, assisting them with functions such as hackathons, bounties, grants, and ideas.
This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with global developer communities.
The specialist will organize offline events related to DoraHacks and participate in offline events hosted by Web3 developer communities.
Regular collection of user feedback on products and summarization of operational experiences is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field is required, along with a strong enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential for this position.
The candidate must be goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction.
Strong learning ability and self-motivation are necessary traits for success in this role.
The ability to multitask and excellent time management skills are required.
The candidate should be a team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain is preferred.
Proficiency in article writing is considered a plus.
