Description:
GoodParty.org is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to empower independent candidates to run, win, and serve by leveraging the latest technologies and implementing automation.
The role involves developing and implementing AI-driven automation tools to streamline operations and workflows across various teams.
Responsibilities include integrating AI systems into existing processes to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, analytics, candidate onboarding, candidate support, and team coordination.
The engineer will stay updated on the latest developments in automation technologies, machine learning, and AI, recommending and integrating advancements into the engineering team and operations.
The position requires building AI and LLM use cases and utilizing best practices in AI to assist candidates in getting elected and spreading the organization's message.
The engineer will create robust automated data pipelines and processing systems for real-time analytics and reporting.
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities.
Regular assessment of the effectiveness of AI automation solutions is required, along with maintaining detailed technical documentation and providing training and support to team members.
The position reports to the CTO and partners closely with the Director of Business Operations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in automation engineering or AI-focused software development, specifically with NLP, generative AI, and AI-driven automation solutions.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is necessary.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
A solid understanding of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is required.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about the latest news and releases of AI tools and have the ability to discern hype from reality.
The ability to shadow current processes, ask insightful questions, and develop technology-based improvements is crucial.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical approach are required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in remote collaborative environments are necessary.
Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems in real-time.
