The role involves interacting with stakeholders to bring projects to life, improving AI moderation systems, overseeing algorithm creation for LLM behavior adjustments, and developing strategies for multi-AI interactions.
Responsibilities also include adapting base models for multilingual support, managing diverse datasets for LLM training, and assessing technological approaches for projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in machine learning, neural networks, and dataset management.
An advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields is required.
Proven experience in AI projects, particularly in NLP and LLMs, is essential.
The ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans is necessary.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python and Pytorch, is required.
Strong communication and collaborative skills, with fluency in English, are essential.
Candidates should demonstrate ownership and commitment, a doer mindset, and user-centricity.
Comfort with building products based on uncensored models and content is required.
Bonus points for open-source contributions, experience with LlaMa2/3, Stable Diffusion, Eleven Labs, and AI video generation.
