Remote AI Software Engineer (all genders)

Description:

• Lingoda is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join their team and help enhance their human-centered teaching approach for teachers and students.
• The engineer will work on developing AI solutions to support teachers and students, creating a continuous learning experience both inside and outside the classroom.
• Responsibilities include working with AI prompt engineers and product designers to design AI proof of concepts and prototypes, developing full stack AI solutions, integrating with external AI services, and collaborating with the DevOps team on deployment and security.
• The position involves staying up to date with the latest AI developments and research to keep Lingoda at the cutting edge of the field.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable expertise in developing AI solutions using LLM-based product solutions and integrating LLM API's into applications.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, experience with NLP libraries like spaCy, NLTK, or transformers.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies such as Node, PHP, Symfony, Doctrine, MySQL, and React.
• Strong Python skills, knowledge of OOP, design patterns, modern architecture approaches, TDD, and BDD.
• 4+ years of web software development experience, with a focus on code quality, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and balance business requirements with technical processes.
• Fluent English skills and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
