The Growth Partner is seeking a skilled AI Systems Engineer to support members in navigating the technical aspects of their AI arbitrage journey.
The role involves responding to technical inquiries, managing member accounts, creating automations, and designing landing pages, primarily using Go High Level.
Key responsibilities include resolving technical support inquiries within 24 hours, providing expert support for Go High Level and other platforms, managing new member account setups, developing automations, designing landing pages, and providing training to members.
Expected outcomes include swift resolution of technical issues, accurate setup of member accounts, timely delivery of landing pages, efficient automations, high-quality niche-specific landing pages, and increased member confidence with AI tools.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven technical skills and at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in a SaaS or online education environment.
Advanced proficiency with Go High Level is required, including skills in automations, landing page design, and CRM management.
Familiarity with additional tools like Zapier and Heartbeat is necessary for community and automation support.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for effective troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills are needed to provide clear guidance to members and internal teams.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines, such as a 24-hour resolution goal, is crucial.
A passion for AI and helping entrepreneurs succeed in a fast-growing industry is important.

The total potential on-target earnings (OTE) range from $36,000 to $60,000 per annum, based on track record and experience.
