Description:

You will lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions for our business and our clients.
Your work will include creating AI agents, replacing manual workflows with AI and automation, and integrating disparate systems to create sources of intelligence (e.g., Meta, Quickbooks, Google, etc.).
You will be responsible for the creation of agents to replace manual tasks and increase team output.
You will export and process data from emails, Slack, and meeting transcripts, and train AI models to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses.
You will analyze workflows and replace manual processes with automation and AI, creating integrations between platforms like QuickBooks, Facebook, Instagram, and other APIs.
You will develop automation systems to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, as well as design and implement reporting systems with AI-driven insights.
Collaboration with the CEO, finance team, and other departments will be essential to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience developing AI/ML solutions and workflow automation is required.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, are necessary.
Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
Experience with APIs and integrating diverse systems is a must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.
Experience building and training AI agents for real-world applications is necessary.
A proven track record in process automation and data analysis is required.
Specific tool experience with n8n, pipedream, zapier, or other similar systems is preferred.
Broad LLM experience is also desired.
